Making a return can be frustrating,

INCorp Systems makes it simple and convenient.

Return Period

Return your item(s) within 14 days from the date reflected on the invoice for refund or replacement.

Non-Refundable Items

Items that have been damaged through customer use or abuse.

Services, labor, or completed installations.

Open computer software and video games.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee is applicable on all returned items for a refund.

Return Process

Apply for a RMA number; this RMA number should be visible on the outside of the packaging. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Send item(s) to return address in their original boxes along with all manuals and cables, etc. iC Computers and custom computers are not exchangeable.

Return Address
