INCorp Systems iC Custom Computer Series Limited Warranty.

At INCorp Systems we assemble all of our systems using new components. We thoroughly inspect every computer before it is shipped to ensure that everything works properly. INCorp Systems warrants three years of repair or service on any IC computer that is defective on workmanship and one year of parts from the date appearing on the Invoice.

INCorp Systems warranty does not cover any damage due to external causes, including misuse, abuse, accidents, acts of third parties, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by INCorp Systems, problems caused by the use of software, parts not supplied by INCorp Systems or parts not installed by INCorp Systems. Removing any of the stickers that appear in the rear of the computer will VOID the warranty.

If you experience any problem with your system that is covered by this warranty contact INCorp Systems immediately with your invoice number and problem description. INCorp Systems will repair or replace products returned, within the warranty period in their original or equivalent packing. To ensure the safety of your data INCorp Systems advises to perform a back up of your hard disk drive(s) and any other storage device(s) in the product(s) before they are returned to our facility.

You must apply for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which will be issued to your case; this RMA number must be visible on the outside of the packaging. You are responsible for shipping charges and shipping insurance when sending the product(s) for repair and responsible for prepaid shipping in order for INCorp Systems to return your product(s).
